Brief Updated Winter forecast

I believe winter will throw a few snow balls, but real winter begins about December 6 TH and with a strong Arctic front about mid December into early January.
I'll stick with my preciction of 23-28" of snow.
For LRC fans, it's a what comes around goes around theory and I somewhat agree. November has had two major storms the first two weeks and if the LRC is correct, these will cycle back during the winter. Okay....Those storms produced over 4" of rain in 14 days and that would have equaled about 40" of snow..... Even if the quantitive potential was half, that would have been 20" in a 14 day period.... Okay, so those storms, along with the one due tonight, will cycle back here sometime in the next 30 to 60 day [ and that's another rant I'll address later because the LRC seems to make the forecast fit their prediction, instead of the other way around]... That means we should get pretty much a blizard of 20" of snow this winter within a two week period.
