Updated 14 day forecast

I'm in an ongoing fued with my host, 1&1.com.  They've had technical problems all summer.  The problem is I have a guy who loves my weather site and has offered me a free service to transfer my domain to him..  The problem is, 1&1 won't transfer the domain......and in the meantime, they have their top 'tech' working on the problems...Yea right.
