Snow is expected to develop around midnight through about 3 AM Wednesday
morning. Around 1" is expected in downtown KC with higher amounts north of the
City.
The NWS is considering placing KC in a Winter Weather Advisory for tomorrow
morning later this afternoon mainly for blowing snow.
The predicted ground temperature by 5 PM is still expected to be above 40
and I have doubts it will go below freezing on non elevated areas by the time
snow arrives.
It could possibly snow heavy enough to quickly bring the ground temps
down.
